ZhiJie Automotive officially announces Guo Rui as Chairman and CEO.

On April 2nd, Zhi Jie Auto announced the appointment of Guo Rui as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the overall management of the company, effective immediately. Guo Rui graduated from the School of Information Science and Technology at Peking University with a doctoral degree in science. From 2017 to 2021, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Huawei's Consumer Business Group in Greater China. In August 2021, he joined the independent Honor team as a founding member, overseeing the construction of the Honor brand marketing system. On December 12, 2025, he announced his resignation from the positions of President of Honor brand marketing, member of the management team, and member of the investment decision committee, stating that he will move on to the "next station of technological honor." Analysts point out that this personnel change signifies that Zhi Jie Auto's 2.0 brand strategy is expected to enter a new phase of comprehensive implementation.
