According to the Qichacha App, recently, Chaoyang Modern Petrochemical New Materials Industry Fund Limited Partnership was established with a capital contribution of 5 billion yuan, and its business scope includes entrepreneurial investment; engaging in equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities through private equity funds, etc. Equity penetration data from Qichacha shows that the partnership is jointly held by China Petrochemical Group Capital Co., Ltd. and China Construction Bank Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd.
