The Chairman of Junmai Lang responds that hand-tapping is a trademark.

Recently, the use of the term "hand-pulled" in relation to the brand "hand-pulled noodles" by Jinmailang has sparked controversy. On April 1st, Jinmailang Group Chairman Fan Xianguo responded in a video, stating that the "hand-pulled" trademark was registered in 2006 and has been used for 20 years. He announced that they have decided to no longer use the "hand-pulled" trademark, and starting from the early morning of April 2nd, they will immediately cease production of all products bearing the "hand-pulled" trademark.
