A coal mining company in Shanxi province has experienced a roof collapse incident with 4 people trapped. Rescue operation is currently underway.

According to relevant departments, on the night of April 1st, a roof collapse accident occurred at the Zhongmei Guanjia Cliff Coal Industry Co., Ltd. in Xing County, Shanxi Province, trapping four miners. The company involved is a subsidiary of China Zhongmei Energy Group, Zhongmei Group Shanxi Limited, with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons. Currently, rescue teams have arrived at the scene and rescue operations are underway.
