This developer has been raising funds to plan to build a campus in Michigan that will enable Oracle to support applications for OpenAI. Previously, banks have raised other large debt financing for Oracle data centers: including a $38 billion debt financing for data center construction in Texas and Wisconsin; as well as a $18 billion debt financing for building data centers in New Mexico.
