Yin Li presided over the Beijing Municipal Party Committee's Theoretical Study Center group study meeting and called for full efforts to promote the construction of a modern capital metropolitan area.

On April 1st, the Beijing Municipal Party Committee's theoretical study center held a learning conference, inviting Zhuang Shaoqin, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources, to give a special report on "Studying and Implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Discourses on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and National Land Spatial Planning, to promote the high-quality development of the capital metropolitan area", and to exchange and discuss. The meeting was chaired by the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Yin Li, who emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourses and the spirits of the Party Central Committee and the State Council's approval of the "Modern Capital Metropolitan Area Spatial Coordination Plan", and to effectively enhance ideological and action consciousness. From the perspective of serving the overall development of the Party and the country, with the spirit of being responsible to history and the people, we must fully promote the construction of the modern capital metropolitan area and strive to write a new chapter in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
