Wind mansion: Proposed Amendment of Raising 61 Million RMB Convertible Bonds for Investment Projects

Fengyu Building announced that the company plans to change some of the convertible bond fundraising investment projects, involving an amount of 61 million yuan, accounting for 12.20% of the total actual fundraising amount. The original projects, Fanxian Cultural and Art Center and Tianshui City Planning Hall project, were reduced or not started due to unfinished construction and civil engineering. The new projects are the Dongpo Leisure Agriculture Industry Park Digital Cultural Tourism and the BYD Nanning Di Exhibition Space Deployment project, with an expected investment of 34 million yuan and 27 million yuan respectively, and an expected income of 78.96 million yuan and 54.41 million yuan. The proposal has been discussed and approved by the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee and still needs to be submitted for approval at the shareholders' meeting.
