China National Pharmaceutical Group announced that the company has released the 2025 annual report, achieving an operating income of 73.416 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.29%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1.136 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 76.80%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 6.16 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, issue 1 bonus share, and not increase share capital by converting reserves.
