On the evening of April 1st, today in the afternoon, a large number of users reported that while using NetEase Cloud Music normally, they were forced to log out and upon logging back in, a system prompt popped up saying, "Your account has been banned for 7 days due to suspected violations." Subsequently, the topic of "NetEase Cloud Ban" quickly sparked discussion and trended on hot search. In response, the official NetEase Cloud stated, "there was a short-term system malfunction, which has now been urgently repaired."
