Cangzhou Mingzhu: Plans to set up a joint venture company with an investment of 1.8 billion RMB to implement the second phase of the lithium battery separator project.

Cangzhou Mingzhu announced that the ninth board of directors of the company approved the "Proposal on the Establishment of a Joint Venture Company for the Wet Lithium Battery Separator Project with an Annual Output of 1.2 Billion Square Meters" at its eleventh meeting. The company plans to establish a company with a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan in Cangzhou High-tech Zone through its subsidiary and Cangzhou Mingchuang Lithium Battery Development Co., Ltd., to implement the second-phase construction of the project, for the construction of production lines, supporting equipment, and related auxiliary facilities.
