Cloud Intelligence Alliance Announcement: The company has appointed an auditing and evaluation agency to conduct a special evaluation of the value of all shareholders' equity of Intelligent Automobile Innovation Development Platform Co., Ltd. as of September 30, 2025. Referring to the evaluated value after being recorded by state-owned assets, the company will acquire 12% equity of the car platform held by the Advanced Manufacturing Industry Investment Fund Phase II through shareholding, with a total contribution of 60 million yuan. This transaction has been approved at the 25th meeting of the 12th Board of Directors of the company and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting.
