Dong Microelectronics announced that the company plans to publicly auction the land use rights of a plot of land in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, with an investment of no more than 320 million yuan to build a "research and development production headquarters base". At the same time, it plans to acquire 53.0921% equity of Shenzhen Hunetech Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. for 408 million yuan in cash, with Huanetech becoming a controlling subsidiary after the transaction is completed. The above proposal has been approved by the board of directors and is now submitted for consideration at the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2026.
