A reporter asked about the extradition of Li Xiong, a key member of the Chen Zhi criminal group, from Phnom Penh, Cambodia back to China. Maoning said that combating online gambling and telecom fraud is a common responsibility of the international community. In recent times, China has actively cooperated with countries including Cambodia to combat cross-border telecom fraud crimes with significant results. China is willing to continue increasing law enforcement cooperation with neighboring countries, including Cambodia, to maintain the order of people's lives and property security and regional country exchanges and cooperation.
