Private fund management products set up in February had a total size of 78.239 billion yuan, a decrease of 6.53% compared to the previous month, according to the Asset Management Association of China.

According to data from the China Securities Investment Fund Association, as of February 2026, securities and futures brokerage firms had a total of 1,940 private equity management products on record, a decrease of 6.05% compared to the previous month and an increase of 134.30% compared to the same period last year. The total established scale was 782.39 billion yuan, a decrease of 6.53% compared to the previous month and an increase of 71.12% compared to the same period last year. As of the end of February 2026, the total scale of private equity management products of securities and futures brokerage firms was 12.50 trillion yuan, an increase of 1,230.55 billion yuan compared to the end of the previous month, an increase of 0.99% month-on-month.
