The latest "TOP100 Ranking of National Real Estate Enterprises in Land Acquisition from January to March 2026" released by the Zhongshi Research Institute shows that from January to March 2026, the total amount of land acquired by the TOP100 enterprises was 146.52 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 49.4%, a decrease of 3.0 percentage points compared to the previous month. After the end of the Spring Festival holiday, land supply and transactions in various regions have shown some recovery, with hot land parcels being launched in cities such as Shanghai and Hangzhou. The land acquisition efforts of real estate companies have increased compared to the previous month, and the decline in land acquisition amounts has narrowed. In terms of characteristics, high-quality land parcels in core cities are still in high demand, and central state-owned enterprises remain the main force.
