Re-teaming: Lula and Alkmir run for re-election.

Brazilian President Lula announced on March 31 in the capital Braslia that he will once again form a campaign partnership with current Vice President and Minister of Development, Industry, and Trade, Alckmin, to participate in this year's presidential election. Lula said in a cabinet meeting that morning that Alckmin will resign from his position as Minister of Development, Industry, and Trade and run for Vice President again.
