Kangmei Pharmaceutical announced that it plans to transfer 100% equity and related assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Dedatang Guoyao Co., Ltd., to Shanghai Kangmei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. at a price of 1 yuan. After this transfer is completed, Kangmei Pharmaceutical will no longer hold the equity and related assets of Dedatang Guoyao, and Dedatang Guoyao will no longer be included in Kangmei Pharmaceutical's consolidated financial statements.
