Shanghai Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation: On March 30, our bureau received a real-name report regarding the tax-related issues of someone named Ju. Since September 2025, our bureau has received similar reports multiple times. After careful investigation, we did not find any tax issues as reported, and we have already provided feedback to the informant on the investigation results. According to Article 17 of the "Measures for the Management of Reporting Tax Violations", since this report is a re-report of the same reported case that has already been concluded, and no new valid clues have been provided, our bureau, according to law, will not accept it. The tax authorities will continue to strengthen tax supervision, comprehensively promote the handling of violations, optimize law enforcement, promote compliance, protect the legitimate rights, and strive to create a tax environment of fairness and integrity and a tax ecosystem of honest taxation.
