Sina Finance on March 31st reported that Hexin Instrument announced that the company received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange stating that the audited financial statements of the target company referenced in this transaction have expired and additional materials need to be submitted. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has suspended the audit of this transaction.
