Sina Finance reported on March 31st that SAIC Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SAIC Finance, has signed a partnership agreement with multiple parties to jointly invest in the establishment of the Shanghai Shangqi Shangcheng No. 2 Private Equity Fund Partnership Enterprise. The initial subscribed scale of the fund is 25 billion yuan, with SAIC Finance contributing 10 billion yuan, accounting for 40%. Recently, the fund has completed the registration with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association, obtained the "Private Equity Fund Registration Certificate," and completed the payment for the first phase of funds, with the registration date on March 30, 2026.
