As of the end of the reporting period, First Hotel Group operated a total of 7,802 hotels, with the number of guest rooms in operation increasing to 555,000. Among them, 1,510 new stores were opened, a historically high number. In 2025, First Hotel Group achieved operating income of 7.61 billion yuan, which was basically flat year-on-year, with hotel management income increasing by 11.1% year-on-year; achieving a net profit attributable to the parent company of 810 million yuan, an increase of 0.6% year-on-year. During the reporting period, the number of new stores opened by First Hotel Group was 1,510, reaching a historical high, an increase of 11.6% year-on-year. Among them, 832 new standard managed hotels were opened, an increase of 17.2% year-on-year. First Hotel Group stated that benefiting from the concentrated release of leisure travel demand, the company's operating data warmed up quarter by quarter. During the "May Day" and "National Day" periods, First Hotel Group's operating performance exceeded the same period in 2024, and RevPAR in the fourth quarter achieved a year-on-year positive growth. Sun Jian, General Manager of First Hotel Group, and Chairman and CEO of Home Inns Hotel Group, stated that in 2025, First Hotel Group made breakthrough progress in scale expansion and structural optimization.
