Sina Finance News, March 31st, this morning, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade held its monthly press conference. At the meeting, the council released data on the total number of origin certificates, business certificates, and other types of certificates issued by the national trade promotion system in February this year. The data shows that in February, the trade promotion system issued all kinds of certificates with a year-on-year increase of 72.38%. In February 2026, the national trade promotion system issued a total of 744,500 origin certificates, ATA carnets, business certificates, and other types of certificates, a year-on-year increase of 72.38%. Among them, the number of non-preferential origin certificates issued by the national trade promotion system was 410,700, an increase of 71.34% compared to the previous year; the number of preferential origin certificates issued was 282,100, an increase of 100.32%; the number of RCEP origin certificates issued was 29,985, an increase of 94.81%; and the number of outbound ATA carnets was 899, an increase of 4.29%. Wang Guannan, spokesperson for the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, introduced that the significant growth in business certification data is not only due to the continuous release of foreign trade policy dividends but also reflects the effectiveness of the market's diversified layout and the strong momentum of new business formats and models.
