The meeting reviewed the "Several Measures to Accelerate the Transformation and Upgrading of the Construction Industry in the Province", "Guidelines on Stabilizing the Real Estate Market", "Opinions on Further Improving the Investment and Financing Mechanism to Accelerate the Construction of Highways and Main Waterways in Jiangsu Province", and the "Work Plan for Special Action to Address Traffic Congestion in Jiangsu Province", and heard a report on the overall governance of the entire chain of the province's new energy vehicle charging infrastructure. The meeting pointed out that efforts should be made to promote the orderly integration and expansion of business across different sectors by construction enterprises, apply intelligent and green technologies, tailor policies to stimulate housing consumption, optimize supply, stabilize expectations, establish a diversified and sustainable funding guarantee system for highways and main waterways, optimize road network structure and traffic service management, and comprehensively improve the safety level of planning, construction, operation, and supervision of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure.
