At the same time, the registered capital has increased from 1 million RMB to about 1.132 million RMB. The company was established in October 2025, with Xiao Zhongyang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the research and development of intelligent robots, internet data services, and sales of intelligent robots. Currently, it is jointly held by Rimense Xi'rang Technology Partnership Enterprise, Rimense Tanggu Technology Partnership Enterprise, and the aforementioned new shareholders. According to media reports, Xiao Zhongyang, the legal representative of Beijing Rimense Robot Co., Ltd., was the former head of model delivery at NIO World. He left NIO in early 2026 and entered the field of intelligent entrepreneurship.
