Sina Finance reported on March 31st that Shanghai Xiaonanguo has announced a prepaid card refund plan: registration is from now until June 30th, and card refunds will be processed starting from July 15th. In early February, several Shanghai Xiaonanguo stores suddenly closed, attracting consumer attention. On March 30th, Xiaonanguo announced that the Shanghai Single-Purpose Prepaid Card Association is responsible for handling refunds. Consumers need to register before June 30th, and the card refund period is from July 15th to 31st. If the actual refund amount exceeds the total amount of funds held in custody, refunds will be made on a proportional basis. After the registration period ends, cardholders need to return the physical card, which will be considered as agreeing to the refund plan.
