Chinese Shenhua: Net profit for 2025 is 52.849 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.3%

Sina Finance reported on March 30th, China Shenhua announced that its operating income in 2025 was 294.916 billion yuan, a decrease of 13.2% year-on-year. Net profit was 52.849 billion yuan, a decrease of 5.3% year-on-year. The board of directors recommends distributing a cash dividend of 1.03 yuan per share at the end of 2025, with an estimated total cash dividend of 22.34 billion yuan.
