Sina Finance reported on March 30th that Bright Smart Securities Financial, in an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, declared that the offeror and company announced that they have completed the implementation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share purchase agreement on March 30, 2026. According to the share purchase agreement, the offeror will purchase the shares from the seller at a total cash consideration of 2,814,174,400 Hong Kong dollars. Upon completion, the offeror must make a mandatory unconditional cash offer for all issued shares.
