Qiangyi Group: Sues two companies for infringement of MEMS probe card technology secrets.

Sina Finance reported on March 30th that Qiangyi Corporation announced that the company, as the plaintiff, filed a lawsuit against Shanghai Taosheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Suzhou Jingsheng Weinano Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. for infringement of trade secrets. The lawsuit request includes a judgment ordering the defendant to cease the infringement, jointly compensate for damages of 25.078 million yuan, and bear the legal costs. The amount of the lawsuit is based on the estimated revenue of the defendant's MEMS probe card business in the prospectus. The case has been accepted and filed by the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu Province, but has not yet been heard in court. The company believes that this lawsuit is a legitimate measure to safeguard its own legal rights and interests, and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's operations. However, the specific impact on the current or future profits is still uncertain, and the final decision will be based on the court judgment.
