Anhui Expressway: Acquires shares of Shenzhen Expressway.

Sina Finance News on March 30th, Wan Tong Expressway announced that the company purchased a total of 24.2627 million shares of Shenzhen Expressway A shares and 31.01 million shares of Shenzhen Expressway H shares from March 31, 2025 to March 30, 2026. The total purchase prices were 223 million yuan and 206 million yuan respectively. The purchase prices were paid in cash using the company's internal resources. Prior to the purchase, the company held approximately 1.50% of Shenzhen Expressway's issued share capital. After the completion of the purchase, the company held a total of 62.4419 million shares of Shenzhen Expressway A shares and 31.01 million shares of Shenzhen Expressway H shares, accounting for approximately 3.68% of Shenzhen Expressway's issued share capital.
