Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission: Paperless securities market system expected to be implemented on November 16.

Sina Finance reported on March 30th that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission announced today that the paperless securities market system is expected to be implemented on November 16, 2026. To ensure the effectiveness of the paperless securities market regulations, it is expected to submit a notice of the effective date to the Hong Kong Legislative Council in the second quarter of 2026.
