News stated that Apple's OLED iMac all-in-one computer is scheduled for release in 2029-2030 and has requested display companies to provide samples.

Sina Finance reported on March 30th that Apple has recently requested Samsung Display and LG Display, the two major IT OLED panel companies, to use production lines to produce OLED samples suitable for the iMac all-in-one computer, in preparation for the expected OLED iMac to be released in 2029-2030. Samsung Display plans to use existing QD-OLED production lines to manufacture samples with a pixel density of 220 PPI. LG Display plans to use the as-yet uncommercialized BGBRG five-layer serial Tandem W-OLED scheme for trial production panels.
