The South Korean Minister of Finance stated that if the price of oil surpasses $120 per barrel, South Korea may extend the range of car usage restrictions to the general public in order to mitigate the impact of a potential US-Iran war on its energy supply. This would be the first such action since the Gulf War in 1991.
