Guangzhou Automobile Capital increases capital to 3.38 billion, an increase of about 18%

According to the Tianyancha App, on March 27th, Guangqi Capital Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with its registered capital increasing from approximately 2.86 billion RMB to around 3.38 billion RMB, an increase of about 18%. The company was established in April 2013, with Liu Xiangneng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes enterprise own capital investment, investment management services, and investment consulting services, with Guangzhou Automobile Group holding all the shares.
