The S&P Oil & Gas ETF Jiashi announced that the recent secondary market trading price of the fund is significantly higher than the net asset value of the fund shares, resulting in a large premium. In order to protect the interests of fund shareholders, the fund will be suspended from trading from the opening of the market on March 30, 2026 until 10:30 on the same day, and will resume trading at 10:30. Redemption transactions will be processed as usual during the suspension period. If the premium does not effectively decrease on March 30, the fund reserves the right to take further measures to warn of risks.
