At 12:00 on March 29, the Jiangxi Provincial Meteorological Bureau launched a level four emergency response to major meteorological disasters in response to the upcoming first large-scale severe convective weather process of the year. According to the forecast of the Jiangxi Provincial Meteorological Observatory, from March 29 to March 30, Jiangxi will usher in the first large-scale severe convective weather of the year, with some areas receiving accumulated rainfall of 30-60 millimeters, locally exceeding 100 millimeters, and some areas accompanied by strong thunder and lightning, short-term heavy precipitation, hail, and 10-level thunderstorm gales. At 12:00 on March 29, the Jiangxi Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for heavy rain.
