The Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia announced on Saturday midnight that due to the impact of the Middle East conflict, the price of diesel in Cambodia has further increased while the retail price of gasoline has slightly decreased. The Ministry stated that starting from Sunday, the price of regular gasoline will be 5000 riel per liter (1.25 USD) until further notice, which is an 8.2% decrease from the previous price of 5450 riel for the past three days; the price of diesel will be 7200 riel per liter (1.8 USD), which is a 1.4% increase from the previous price of 7100 riel. The price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has also increased to 3400 riel per liter (0.85 USD), which is a 6.2% increase from the previous price of 3200 riel.
