Chinese Academy of Sciences Documentation and Information Center: will no longer update and publish the journal classification table.

On March 27th, the Document Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences announced that starting from 2026, they will no longer update or release journal ranking tables. They will continue to research and explore methods for evaluating academic resources, and actively serve the development of academic exchanges and publishing ecosystems both domestically and internationally. Regarding contracts for users who have already subscribed for the year 2026, they will promptly begin follow-up processing and communicate specific arrangements through official channels. Any journal ranking tables published by other organizations are not related to the Document Information Center. The Document Information Center will take corresponding measures in accordance with the law to protect its legitimate rights and interests if they are infringed upon, in order to safeguard its own legitimate rights and interests from being harmed.
