Country Garden's management team: Reduced dependence on a single related party.

The management of Country Garden Group announced at the performance meeting this afternoon that the company's large property segment achieved a total revenue of 33.11 billion yuan in 2025. This segment has consistently contributed approximately 70% of the revenue in the past two years. At the same time, the company has actively reduced related-party transactions, with the proportion of related-party revenue decreasing continuously from 20.3% in 2018 to 1.1% in 2024 and 2025. This has freed the company from its dependence on a single related party and significantly enhanced its risk resistance capability.
