The construction of the second phase of the Hainan International Commercial Aerospace Launch Center is accelerating, with the main structures of Launch Pads 3 and 4 fully topped out. It is expected to have full launch capabilities by the end of this year. After Launch Pad 4 is fully operational, the annual launch capacity of Hainan Commercial Aerospace will increase to over 60 launches, meeting the high-density launch demands of commercial aerospace. Meanwhile, the progress of the sea-based recovery system construction is smooth, and it is expected to be completed and delivered by the end of the year, achieving a closed-loop process for rocket launches and reducing launch costs. The Wenchang International Aerospace City has attracted over 700 enterprises to settle in, forming an efficient, collaborative, open, and shared commercial aerospace industry ecosystem. The popularity of commercial aerospace has also boosted the development of related cultural tourism industries, with tourism revenues in Longlou Town reaching 60 million yuan last year.
