CITIC Securities announced that the profit distribution plan at the end of 2025 is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 1.75 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, based on the total number of shares of 7.757 billion as of December 31, 2025, with a total planned cash dividend of 1.357 billion yuan. By the middle of 2025, cash dividends totaling 1.28 billion yuan had already been distributed, and the total cash dividend for the year was 2.637 billion yuan, accounting for 31.24% of the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders in the 2025 consolidated financial statements. This plan still needs to be submitted for shareholder approval.
