Deloitte: Multinational companies grant more power to local leadership.

In a recent interview, Lee Jiaming, Chief Strategy Officer of Deloitte Asia Pacific Consulting, pointed out that in order to deal with fierce market competition, some companies are starting to consider shortening decision-making time. As a result, changes can be seen in the organization of business within companies, with global business reporting lines now shifting towards Chinese business departments reporting to Chinese CEOs, and local leadership is being recognized more.
