Claiming a strategic transformation, OpenAI announces it is abandoning the video generation application Sora.

The OpenAI research center in the United States announced a major strategic transformation on the 24th. The artificial intelligence startup will end its "Heaven" application and other video generation businesses, as well as terminate its cooperation agreement with Disney Company involving a $1 billion investment, and instead focus further on core products such as robots. According to the American Wall Street Journal and other media reports, OpenAI intends to refocus on enterprise users and programming tools, consolidating all products into a "super app" in hopes of going public for the first time in the fourth quarter of this year.
