The U.S. ITC issues a 337 notice on portable battery starters and their components.

On March 24, the United States International Trade Commission issued a notice requesting written comments on specific portable battery jump starters and their components, that is, whether the exclusion order issued in the ITC investigation should be modified or revoked in whole or in part based on changes in facts or legal conditions, or based on public interest. Written materials should be submitted no later than May 26, 2026. In addition to the 1256 case, the solicitation of opinions also includes cases involving China, specifically cases 563, 763, 975, and 977.
