India issues final ruling on anti-dumping investigation of thiourea-based accelerators related to China

On March 20th, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice, affirming the anti-dumping ruling on sulfonamide accelerators originating from or imported from China, the European Union, and the United States. It recommended the imposition of a five-year anti-dumping tax as follows: $974 per ton for China; $1257-1748 per ton for the European Union, with Lanxess Belgium N.V. at $1257 per ton and other EU manufacturers at $1748 per ton; $75-192 per ton for the United States, with Lanxess Corporation at $75 per ton and other US manufacturers at $192 per ton. The products involved are sulfenamide accelerators in CBS and NS forms, excluding MOR and DCBS sulfonamide accelerators.
