The total issuance of special bonds within the year has exceeded 1 trillion yuan, a growth of more than 40% compared to the same period last year.

Wind data shows that as of March 24th, local governments have issued approximately 1.0712 trillion yuan of new special bonds, exceeding 1 trillion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 41%. In fact, although the first quarter of this year has not yet ended, the issuance amount of 1.0712 trillion yuan has already exceeded the total issuance amount of new special bonds in the first quarter of 2025.
