OpenAI will stop Sora AI video generation service and streamline product line.

OpenAI has announced plans to discontinue its video generation service, Sora, six months after its high-profile launch, in order to streamline its artificial intelligence product line. The developer of ChatGPT had introduced the Sora application in late September last year, promising users a convenient way to generate and share realistic AI videos on a quasi-social network. The free app quickly rose to the top of the Apple App Store rankings but has since fallen in popularity.
