On the morning of March 23, Shen Zhulin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, met with BASF Group's Executive Board Chairman Ke Li to discuss topics such as China's "Fifteen-Five" plan, green and low-carbon development in the chemical industry, and BASF's development in China. Shen Zhulin stated that the "Fifteen-Five" plan outlines key development directions such as green development, digitalization, building a strong domestic market, and expanding high-level opening up, providing new development opportunities for foreign companies in China, including BASF. China welcomes BASF to increase investment in China, strengthen technological innovation and the application of new technologies, enhance product added value, and expand greater development space.
