Liantai Environmental Protection: Shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares pledge and partially release some of the shares.

Liantai Environmental Protection announced that Liantai Investment, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, holds 71.4694 million shares, accounting for 12.39% of the total share capital. Recently, Liantai Investment pledged 10 million shares of the company, accounting for 13.99% of its holdings, or 1.73% of the total share capital; and released 33 million shares of pledge, accounting for 46.17% of its holdings, or 5.72% of the total share capital. After this pledge and release of pledge, Liantai Investment has cumulatively pledged 24 million shares, accounting for 33.58% of its holding, or 4.16% of the total share capital. Liantai Investment has good credit and there is no risk of forced liquidation or transfer of pledged shares, which will not result in a change in control of the company.
