Xueqi Electric announced that recently, the 5% or more shareholder Zhidao Investment has released the pledge of 5 million shares held by the company, accounting for 18.49% of their shareholding, and 2.73% of the company's total share capital. As of March 24, 2026, Zhidao Investment has pledged a total of 17.82 million shares, accounting for 65.89% of their shareholding, and 9.74% of the company's total share capital. The reduction plan of Zhidao Investment has not been fully implemented, and the company will continue to monitor changes in shareholder rights and interests and disclose them in a timely manner.
