Dong'e Ejiao announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Li Qingchuan. Due to a change in job, Li Qingchuan applied to resign from the position of vice president and will serve as the deputy secretary of the company's party committee after resigning. His resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the board of directors and there are no unfulfilled commitments to be performed. This will not affect the normal operations of the company. As of the date of the announcement, Li Qingchuan holds 20,639 restricted shares of the company, with the original term ending on August 6, 2027. After resigning, he will continue to comply with the regulations on reducing holdings for departing executives.
